Mary Garces, PT, DPT, obtained her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Psychology from Marquette University, where she also played Division I volleyball. She then earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Des Moines University. 

 

Mary is a certified birth doula, yoga instructor, and mother that finds that the pelvic floor physical therapy is the perfect combination of the different hats that she wears. Mary utilizes yogic principles and her experience as a doula to help clients feel educated, empowered, relaxed, and holistically cared for following a session. She is also dry needling certified. 

 

In her free time, Mary spends time with her husband, son, and dog in the garden, practicing yoga, baking, and knitting.

Amanda Uting, PT, DPT, earned her B.S. in rehabilitation psychology from UW-Madison and her doctorate in physical therapy from UW-La Crosse. Amanda’s passion for women’s health started early in her career as an orthopedic physical therapist and grew with the birth of her first baby. 

 

She enjoys using a holistic approach with her clients, and she has a special interest in helping women get back to exercise, especially running. Amanda is also a certified birth doula and integrates her knowledge to help clients prepare for labor and delivery. 

 

When she is not seeing clients, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running, hiking, volunteering, and reading.
