Welcome to Bloom Physical Therapy & Wellness! We are the only physical therapy practice specializing solely in pelvic health in Lake Country. We can also provide care in the comfort of your home.

As physical therapists, doulas, and mothers, we are passionate about providing empowering one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy. We are pelvic floor specialists that solely address women’s health conditions throughout the lifespan, including pregnancy and postpartum care.

PHILOSOPHY

OUR SERVICES

P R E G N A N C Y   &
P O S T P A R T U M   R E H A B

Physical therapy can address pain, leakage, and help prepare for childbirth, no matter where you are in your journey. Postpartum rehab can start the first couple days after your baby is delivered and continue until your goals are met. We believe that postpartum is forever, and physical therapy can help you regain strength and mobility to lead the life you want.

P E L V I C   H E A L T H

Our physical therapists specialize in treating the pelvic floor as well as the rest of the body (it’s all connected!). We are able to treat conditions related to bladder, bowel, and sexual health, including urgency and leakage, pain with intercourse, and prolapse, and take a whole-body approach to our treatment. We treat women ages 18 and up.

B I R T H   D O U L A
S E R V I C E S

We find the continuation of care during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum provides the best outcomes for our clients. As doulas, we provide childbirth education, help you formulate and support your birth plan, provide physical and moral support, and utilize our physical therapy background to support the labor and delivery that you want.

D R Y   N E E D L I N G

Dry needling uses minimally invasive, sterile needles to address the muscular and nervous system to efficiently and effectively improve pain, muscle activation, and scar tissue. Dry needling can be especially helpful for scars after a Cesarean delivery, and can be utilized as a stand-alone service.

"Amanda has supported my overall health & wellbeing as a very active female in my late thirties and mom of three. I can run again without bladder problems. I had no idea my pelvic floor was tight, but she has helped it stay loose & showed me the exercises to do to keep it that way."
